Fast cast chance vs AoE scattering
Those of you who do lots of nuking probably already know that... Fast cast items can easily screw up aggro. I am currently looking fo decent replacement for my Rago's staff as I grew very annoyed at npc casters running off my Meteor shower every time i get fast cast on Rodgort's invocation. So be aware - not only dot spells can cause scattering...
